Wonderful experience here. They didn't have the tires I wanted so the manager came out of his office and assured me that he would get them in no later than 2 days. Prices are a bit on the higher side. I think the the price is worth it in order to actually have the ability to pay them off with weekly, biweekly, or monthly payments to go with your payday. It's just so wonderful to be able to pay them off as opposed to the hassle of coming up with the full amount right now. I will be back every time I need new tires

I walked in and everything was organized and everyone was nice. Casey greeted me with a smile and took my information to get me a quote on tires. I filled out the application and Sherry was my account manager. Both of them were knowledgeable and pleasant. I feel lucky to have stopped in today for the quote! Thank you both for a wonderful experience!

Casey was amazing. I had so many questions and she answered them all and explained everything for me. My kids were with me and everyone was so patient with them looking around. Thank you for making this a pleasant experience.

Awful experience here at R and R with Lance. I was across the street from them, had a flat, and called to see if they could help me. They sent a guy over, took my tire and rim, and called me saying my tire was too old. They couldn't work on it. But, they had a used tire that would fit my truck for $370. My truck is a 2000 Chevy 1/2 ton 4x4. I told them that is the most expensive used tire that I had ever heard of!! This was right before Christmas, and I believe Lance was trying to make as much money as he could off me!! I could buy a brand new top of the line tire for less than $200, but he was trying to charge me $370 for 1 used tire. Crazy!! I explained to Lance how this is just not right, so he said he would take $100 off the price of the tire. It's still a huge price for 1 used tire! I ended up "renting" the tire from them and went down the street and bought 4 tires and had them installed for $250 the very next day.I just really hope they are not ripping people off like that every day! If I would have went along with his payment plan he had me sign up for, the 1 used tire would have cost me a little over $500, that's with their fees and interest.

Casey, Andrea and Sherry were awesome! Nice to know that customer service still exists in a world where it seems like it is a thing of the past. Thank you ladies! You 3 made my experience stress free, painless and enjoyable. I’m sure I will return in the near future for my rim and tire needs. Thank you.
